BIOGRAPHY

Victor Holder was born in Venezuela and has lived in Australia for the last 10 years. He is a visual and graphic artist, with a particular interest in the concept of reconnection with ones spirit through his eclectic vision of life on Earth and divinity, integral parts of all cultures and human beings. He achieves this through the creation of visuals, animations and large painted art works.

Over the years he has directed and produced a number of visual art projects in a range of mediums, including paint, video installations and short films screened mostly on international festivals, some station TVs around the world and several films websites.

His work has taken him as far as, Australia, Europe, Cambodia, Central and South America and Malaysia.

One of Victor's career highlights was when he was part of the team for an educative eco-reality TV production called "PLANET ACTION", as visual environmental artist , this series was produced by Animal Planet, the World Wildlife Foundation, and Granada Media UK.

Victor has also been involved in the creation of branding for a range of well-known television stations and programs, including , Channel 9
(AUS) , Warner Channel Latin America; E! Entertainment TV Network (USA); BBC-People and Art Channel; HBO Latin America Group; and Discovery Kids Channel Latin America.

Awards in motion graphics, short films and animation include:
Peoples' choice for animation "S-CRASH" in The Spring Festival, Melbourne 2002; Gold, Silver and Bronze medals for "Vidas", "Gente" and "Einstein Rap"
at the 20th BDA International Design Awards in USA 1998; Best video at the Lorth Prince Film Festival, Scotland 1995; and Best special effects for "On-Off" at the 1994 Viart Awards, Venezuela.
